Payment Terms

We must receive payment for your entire order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

 

Prices

The prices payable for products are as set out in our website. Delivery costs are extra and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out during the order process.

 

Our Products and Nuts

Many of our products may contain wheat, nuts and soya, please ask us for our detailed list of ingredients.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 days from the date of your order. Cancellation must be in writing and can be via email. This right of cancellation shall not apply to business or corporate purchasers who must have a lawful reason for cancellation.

 

Returns

All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be received by Serendipity UK in the same condition as products left our premises. Return postage is at customer’s expense. Products must be unopened and returned to us promptly. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order and we have received the returned goods, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

All our products are made and dispatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping and packing them. If any item fails to reach you in perfect condition please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 

Delivery of products to you

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

If we are unable to dispatch your order in a timely manner we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund.  Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during weekday working hours. Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.

Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer

 

Liability

If you notify a problem to us, our only obligation will be:

• to make good any shortage or non-delivery

• to supply and deliver substitute products if your original choice cannot be delivered for any reason

• to replace any products that are damaged or defective

• to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question in whatever way we choose

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.

The content of this website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database right and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on this website without written permission from Serendipity UK.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the products to you by us.
